Delivery & Returns
At Miras, quality and service are our top priorities. We ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly and carefully as possible. All our products are securely packaged and shipped by professional delivery partners specializing in the transport of interior and design items.
We work with multiple logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This means your order may be delivered in multiple shipments. Shipping costs are calculated per shipment, depending on the location of the warehouse from which your product is shipped.
Delivery times depend on product availability and your location. You can find an estimated delivery time on the product page.
You can enter your postal code on the product page to check if we deliver to you. Is your area not listed yet? Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay informed about new delivery areas.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. In some regions, we also deliver on Saturdays. Want to know if this is possible in your area? Please contact us before completing your order.
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order fit through doors, stairs, or elevators in their packaging. The dimensions are listed with each product. If delivery is not possible due to inaccessible spaces, additional delivery costs will be charged.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas
Shipping costs are calculated per delivery, not per order. The cost depends on the shipment value and delivery location.
For orders containing multiple items, multiple deliveries may occur, depending on the delivery times for each item. The total shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
For selected cities, Miras offers free shipping per delivery on orders over €999 (excluding additional services).
Delivery options
Miras offers three delivery options: Standard, Room of Your Choice, and White Glove Service.
1. Standard Delivery
The order will be delivered to the front door, ground floor, or first dry room of your home (such as the hallway or garage). This service does not include assembly or disposal.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to ship, including delivery date and tracking information.
Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
Certain products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Custom orders (such as custom-made products) cannot be returned, but may be canceled within two business days of ordering.
How can I return my product?
Small items can be returned to our showroom or returned by post.
