Welcome to Miras Studios

At Miras, everything revolves around vision, design, and personal expression.
We believe that interior design is a reflection of who you are, which is why we create every design with care, craftsmanship, and a keen eye for detail. Our collection is carefully curated, and each product is made to order, precisely tailored to your taste and space. No mass production, but custom work with character.

When you order:
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please double-check that all information is correct, such as your delivery address, phone number, and email address. This allows us or our delivery partner to contact you if necessary.

Your name, address, and contact information will only be shared with our carrier to ensure a smooth delivery.

Payment and changes

All orders at Miras are prepaid.
You can change or cancel your order without giving a reason and free of charge, as long as it hasn’t yet been put into production. A change may affect the delivery time or pickup date.

Price guarantee conditions:

Valid only in the country of purchase
Not applicable on outlet products or showroom models
Valid for 30 days after purchase
Documentation required (receipt, invoice or order number)
Refund in the form of a Miras voucher (valid for one year)

Delivery of your order

Our products are delivered by reliable partners who handle designer furniture and interior design pieces with care.
We deliver Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM in most regions, and in some cities, also in the evenings.

For heavy items, our delivery team will use a pair of people.
Delivery will take place in your chosen room in your home, unless otherwise specified.

To avoid problems, we ask that you check in advance whether the furniture fits through doors, stairs, or elevators.
If delivery is not possible due to limited access, additional delivery costs will be charged.

Pick-up yourself (Pick-up)

You can also pick up your order yourself at Miras Studios or a designated collection point.
Please bring your order confirmation and valid identification.
If someone else is picking up your order, they must present authorization, identification, and the order confirmation.

Uncollected orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded after 2 months.

Receipt and inspection

Upon delivery, check that:

The correct products have been delivered

There is no visible damage to the packaging or product

In case of damage, you can sign for receipt with a reservation or refuse delivery.
If you discover damage later, please contact support@mirasstudios.nl within 48 hours

Returns

Selected products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Custom-made and personalized products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Return the product or schedule a pick-up appointment

Returns are at your own expense, unless there was an error or damage upon delivery.
After receipt, the purchase price will be refunded within 7–14 days.

Warranty

Our designs are crafted with care and craftsmanship. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on all Miras furniture and design pieces. The warranty covers material, construction, and manufacturing defects under normal use.

Important information

Always keep the original packaging until you’re sure you want to keep the product.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire item is returned.

All Miras products are designed for private use and comply with European safety and quality standards.
